Is form 3300 for resource partners?

I think the form 3300 is intended for small businesses to complete and cannot see that it is applicable to resource partners.

    SBA Form 3300 must be completed for each individual nominated for this award, so please fill out each question as fully as possible, to the extent it is applicable. For the questions related to firm name or percentage of ownership, please just write “N/A”, as that does not related directly to the individual you are nominating for counselor of the year.

    NOMINIATION FOR SBA COUNSELOR OF THE YEAR AWARD
    SCORE NAPLES CHAPTER 0573
    SCORE Chapter 0573 nominates Dan H. Sachs for SBA Counselor of the Year for Small Business Week 2012. Dan joined SCORE in June, 2006 after a successful business career as an owner of two retail menswear stores, and a hotel developer and CEO of a hotel management company. Also, he served on the Board of a large regional hospital and a University Business School Board demonstrating his broad activity in community service.

    He was recognized by SCORE Naples, one of the top chapters in the SCORE circuit, as Counselor of the Year for 2011, when he contributed 404 counseling hours in the calendar year 2011 which accounted for 22% of the total chapter’s total face-to-face and online counseling. He counseled 269 clients holding 485 sessions. There was virtually hardly a day when Dan did not show up at the SCORE office for counseling and/or desk duty. He handles appointments and street traffic business and has been an ambassador for SCORE throughout his entire six years with the organization.

    He is loved and respected by his fellow-SCORE associates and his devotion to the mission of SCORE is demonstrated everyday and he has an impressive list of successful clients that have started successful businesses under his tutelage.
